Being a long-term resident of Raleigh, Jamie appreciates the growth, history, and diversity this great city offers. Before real estate, she spent nearly a decade in the financial industry, where she found her love and passion for real estate. She obtained her real estate license in 2007 and immediately joined Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston.

During her 15 years as a Realtor, Jamie has participated as an agent mentor, performed management duties, and curated a real estate team. Jamie consistently receives top honors from Coldwell Banker and Coldwell Banker HPW. She admits the most enjoyable portion of real estate for her is working directly with buyers and sellers. Jamie listens intently to her clients and offers professional advice to satisfy their overall goals. She recognizes that every client is unique with personal goals and objectives. When working with Jamie, you become part of her team. She believes that the Realtor-Client relationship must contain consistent, open communication and trust. From the first meeting to beyond closing, Jamie works tirelessly to ensure you experience an enjoyable, smooth transaction.

Outside of real estate, Jamie has served as a member and co-chair of the Appearance Commission for the City of Raleigh (2015-2021). In conjunction with the Appearance Commission, she served multiple years on the ‘Sir Walter Raleigh Awards for Excellence in Design’ planning committee. Jamie also participates in local volunteer events such as OUT! Raleigh and Black Dog Club Rescue. For recreation, Jamie enjoys cycling, camping, and spending time with her family.

Noreen Barrett, Realtor® / Broker, SRES®, SPS®, PSA®

With decades of experience in the real estate industry, Noreen couples her knowledge and passion into a seamless home buying and selling experience. After acquiring her real estate license, Noreen focused on affordable housing and small business lending, which inspired her to search for a more active, face-to-face role with home buyers and sellers. Noreen joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage in Atlantic Beach, NC, in 2013. After a successful and ongoing career there, she and her family moved to Raleigh, NC, in 2018, where she joined Coldwell Banker HPW.

Her love for community, combined with her eagerness to meet new people and listen to their stories, has given her the unique ability to make the home buying and selling process more than just a transaction. Her primary goal and focus are to take the stress away by offering a complete package of support, experience, knowledge, and superior communication to lessen the burden on her clients. A self-described “people person,” Noreen enjoys being active in Raleigh and Atlantic Beach and is motivated by one thing that never changes: providing her clients with the best service possible.

When not serving her clients, Noreen enjoys biking with her family, cooking, and walking her pups. Noreen has memberships with many community clubs and organizations, including RBPN Chamber of Commerce, Diversity and Inclusion Committee within Coldwell Banker HPW, Board and President of her neighborhood HOA and has recently taken her hand to playing pickleball. She has decided that being a Realtor is best suited for her!
